- Registration is mandatory for attending the conference.
- Conference registration includes participation in scientific sessions & exhibitions.
- E-Certificate of participation.
- Fees stated above is inclusive of 18% goods and services tax.
- Online payment shall attract 3% payment gateway charges.
- Cancelation of the registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at bestofoncologysrilanka@mci-group.com.
- Cancelation within 30 days of the registration: 50% retention charges applicable.
- Cancelation after 31 days to 60 days: 75% retention charges applicable.
- Cancelation request after 30th November 2021: 100% retention charges applicable.
- All the refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference.
